Welcome to the KU Human Resource and Payroll System (HR/Pay) Announcements:

Calendar Year Ending and Holidays

If submission and approval deadlines are not met, pay is likely to be delayed a minimum of two weeks. KU Endowment Association will have reduced hours during some of the payroll periods, and it may not be possible to receive Loans. If you have questions about KUEA loans, contact payroll@ku.edu.

Approval and Payroll Processing details can be found in this Word document.

Winter Break Reporting

Hourly (regular) employees will need to have their hours for this period entered into their timesheet in order to be paid accurately. For clock reporters, this will need to be done by the supervisor (or their proxy) or the time reviewer. Timesheet reporters will need to add to their own timesheet.

Reporting Guide is at: Winter Break 2021 (word document).

Salaried employees do not need to take any action to report the additional paid leave during the designated period.
